Last Updated: June 17, 2025

1. Introduction

At ThaiDate.Social, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and lawful online environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including any content, behavior, or activities that exploit, endanger, or harm minors (individuals under the age of 18). This policy outlines our approach to preventing, detecting, and responding to CSAE on our platform, in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to Thailand’s Computer Crime Act B.E. 2550 (2007), the U.S. Child Sexual Abuse Prevention laws, and international frameworks such as the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all users of ThaiDate.Social, including registered members, guests, and third-party partners, as well as any content shared, uploaded, or transmitted through our platform, including profiles, messages, images, videos, or other media.

  • CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Any visual, textual, or auditory material that depicts or describes sexually explicit activities involving a minor.

4. Zero-Tolerance Policy

ThaiDate.Social strictly prohibits any form of CSAE. Any user found to be engaging in, facilitating, or promoting CSAE will face immediate account termination and be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading, sharing, or linking to CSAM.
  • Engaging in conversations or behaviors that groom or solicit minors.
  • Attempting to contact minors for sexual or exploitative purposes.
  • Promoting or facilitating human trafficking or exploitation of minors.

5. Preventive Measures

To prevent CSAE on our platform, ThaiDate.Social implements the following measures:

  • Age Verification: Users must confirm they are 18 or older during registration. We reserve the right to request additional verification if there is suspicion of underage use.
  • Content Moderation: We employ automated systems and human moderators to monitor content, including user profiles, messages, and media uploads, for potential CSAE.
  • User Reporting Tools: Users can report suspicious content or behavior through our in-platform reporting system or by emailing [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]).
  • Proactive Monitoring: We utilize advanced detection technologies, including AI-based tools, to identify and flag potential CSAM or grooming behavior.
  • User Education: We provide clear guidelines in our Terms of Service and Community Standards, informing users of prohibited behaviors and the consequences of violating this policy.

6. Detection and Response

ThaiDate.Social takes swift and decisive action when CSAE is detected or reported:

  • Content Removal: Any content identified as CSAM or related to CSAE is immediately removed from the platform.
  • Account Suspension/Termination: Users involved in CSAE activities will have their accounts suspended pending investigation and permanently terminated upon confirmation of violations.
  • Law Enforcement Reporting: We report all instances of suspected CSAE to relevant authorities, such as Thailand’s Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD), the U.S. National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), or Interpol, as required by law.
  • Preservation of Evidence: We preserve relevant data, including user information and content, for law enforcement investigations in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Cooperation with Authorities: ThaiDate.Social fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and complies with legal requests for information related to CSAE investigations.

7. Reporting Mechanisms

We encourage users to report any suspected CSAE immediately. Reports can be submitted:

  • In-Platform: Via the “Report” button on user profiles, messages, or content.

All reports are handled confidentially, and we protect the identity of reporters to the extent permitted by law.
